The Turkish Delight centre naturally firms when chilled and softens beautifully at room temperature, creating its signature texture. ⁠Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before serving if you prefer a softer delight centre.

To keep your Turkish Delights soft and fresh:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place (ideal temperature is between 4 to 16 degrees Celsius), and away from direct sunlight.
⁠Refrigeration is optional, but if chilled, allow 20 minutes at room temperature as the Turkish Delights will become firmer before enjoying for the best texture.
