The Turkish Delight centre naturally firms when chilled creating its signature chewy texture. ⁠Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before serving if you prefer a softer delight centre.

Turkish Delight Care

To keep your Turkish Delights soft and fresh:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place (ideal temperature is between 4 to 16 degrees Celsius), and away from direct sunlight, (optional for a softer texture).
⁠Refrigeration is recommended for a chewy texture. Too firm, then allow 15 minutes at room temperature for the delights to soften before enjoying.
⁠Best enjoyed within the recommended freshness period.
