Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted Turkish Delights and biscuits once they leave our kitchen or market table, they’re yours to keep! No returns or exchanges will be granted for change of mind or taste dislike.

To ensure we can prepare all orders fresh, cancellations require a minimum of 72 hrs notice. Orders not collected at the nominated market, or cancelled with less than 72 hrs notice, are not eligible for a refund due to the length of preparations involved.
